Hello!
My name is Suzuanne, and I'm an artist, illustrator and designer living in Treaty Six (Edmonton), Alberta, Canada. My work explores the richness of human experience, our connection to the land and each other by using elements of folklore and fantasy. I am passionate about representation, empowerment and creating work that centres the strength and resilience of the individuals and community.
My creative practice includes commercial illustration, mural work, design and traditional mediums of drawing, painting and printmaking. I hold a degree in Fine Arts as well as Design.
You can find me running on trails, taking my road bike out for a ride, eating amazing foods (mostly savory) and laughing at the latest Netflix comedy show when I'm not creating!
